Join us aboard the Navark Dollier-de-Casson for a cruise along the Lachine Canal. Transit the locks, enjoy stunning views of the downtown area, and relive the history of the canal.

The exhibition presents some of the North American ethnographic artifacts in the French Royal collections, brought back by explorers and others in the 18th and 19th centuries.

Guided tour of the historic fur-trade warehouse
This exhibition looks at the events that have taken place on the shores of Lake Saint-Louis, going back to the arrival of Dorval's first European settlers.
The On our Shores exhibition will be presented from June 21 to September 30, 2007. The museum (1850 Chemin Bord-du-Lac - Lakeshore, Dorval) is open Thursday to Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. For information, call 514-633-4314.

It’s up to you to explore the vast industrial heritage that, since 1850, has made Montreal the economic capital of the province and indeed of all of Canada. You will discover the inspiring stories of the people who form our social landscape. This visit will be followed by a workshop where you will create a postcard in the style of Notman.
All workshops and activities are bilingual and included with Museum admission, unless otherwise indicated. Opening hours Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open Mondays on holiday weekends and during the summer months, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free admission on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 12 pm.
After visiting the exhibition Félicité's Chronicles, children are invited to create a scrapbook page to preserve their memories, just as Félicité preserved hers in days gone by.
The workshop will take place in the museum.

Celebrate the harvest with us on Sunday, September 2, at the Maison Saint-Gabriel. There will be a blessing of the harvest, followed by an auction, theatrical re-enactments, music and dancing.
Discover the many European and Native musical instruments played in New France. You will be charmed by melodies played on the lute, the épinette des Vosges, flutes and many more instruments.
